She should be able to open up the cap within 30 minutes... just make sure you have a towel and just uncork it a tad to where it would release the pressure then unscrew all the way...

i always understood a header to be a performance oriented exhaust manifold, so that's why i don't call stock manifolds headers. i don't mean to sound like i'm arguing. sorry.
