ok, so yeah, i removed the vacuum stuff...and it seems to be running a little better. if you read my other post about the car bogging down you should know what im going through. go here if you didnt read it
mantis88lx helped me keep the choke, cause oregon gets kinda cold in winters. so i have a vacuum secondary instead of a manual secondary. i seem to be bogging down before i hit 3k on the tach...but when it hits over 3k, it seems to regain some power.
so, what i was thinking is that the number one barrel isnt getting enough fuel; cause when #2 opens, it runs fine. if i modified the vacuum secondary into a manual secondary, do you think this will help? and how hard is it to do? do i have to take off the carb, cause i doubt i have the right tools to do it...and knowing me, ill probably have alot of pieces left over.
so, any help would be appreciated. thanks guys.
