Just bought a 89 cb7, great condition all electrics still work like new. Im really happy with it, missing the carpet and the chrome trim around the far back windows seems to pop constantly when driving looks to be broken 2 clips. Its got 420*** klms full service history and runs great. I do plan to keep it and do plan to learn more about them in the future.

Yeah I found that when ordering parts, I had a look on the vin and it has got cb7 in the vin and ran the plates it registered as a 89 model so think ill decode the vin a little more.
Updated its def an 89, vin start jhmcb7, engine is f22as- model is Accord 4da year 1989
Honestly don't know anything about them lol just yeah that I like it

Im not really good at all the combos either....

J code is made in Japan but the F motor is 4 gen. Flip up head lights is USDM. Maybe since your not in the USA be an odd last year combo over seas.

Yeah after a quick read earlier, I think the cb7 were released in September 89 in Australia.
