Battery Holder

I found this part in my boot:


I think it's some kind of battery holder but couldn't work out where it attaches after a bit of trying. Anyone know how it fixes?

Not sure of what car, but it is a battery-holder. Possibly one of two. For each side one . So you have to figure it out, or it's not from your car. But I do think it is. Bottom should fit into small hole, or just clamp around edge.

its the stock battery hold down. It needs the correct size battery to work and even then its very frustrating to get set right. its hooks on the corners and the rods go down at a wierd angle to slots on the battery box floor.

It goes on like your average battery hold down, but hooks on the right edge. It fits a group 56, which should be stock, or a group 58 if you make it. Probably fits any other size you can find in a Honda if you want to go smaller.
