Found a survivor '89 LXi sedan that I couldn't pass up - $200.
It's an automatic, which I would personally put in the bad category, but this fixer-upper is a dad/daughter project, and she wanted an auto.
The bad -
Resprayed - but it's white, so hides all flaws!

Bad engine - will know more when we dig in.
The good?
Near mint condition interior (maroon)
Original LXi radio
Original carpet floormats in good shape

Pretty decent all things considered. Provided she doesn't wreck it before upgrading to something else in a few years, it'll eventually make a great winter commuter for me.
That rear quarter rust is the worst of it and it's not good.
I've been a long time fan of mid 80's-early 90's Honda styling/engineering and have had several flavors from that era. Still have an '86 CRX and a '91 Civic hatch.
