Angry 86 accord Lx fuel cutoff relay missing?

I've read all the forums and diagrams on the internet related to the fuel cutoff relay for 3rd gen carburated accords and yet after taking my passenger fuse box out I'm still unable to locate the relay. I know what it looks like, and unless it's pinned above the cruise control module at the very top of the underside of the dash, I don't think there's one installed. Does anyone have a picture or a link to one installed in a vehicle so I can get an idea of where it's supposed to be? If nothing else maybe someone can give some direction on where/what it's supposed to be installed into?
    Thanks!

It is on the back. Does not look like a relay (its a solid state device) mine was a gray box with holes in it, same size as a normal ice cube relay though
