I got a 89 honda accord LXI and could use some assistance when it comes to tuning. I know what to do when it comes down to converting OBD0 to OBD1 but it's the actual tuning that has me stumped

Once you convert to OBD1 you take your car to the local Dyno tuner and they will tune it
