I'm looking at these but they say they only fit at 88 LXI. I have an 87 LXI hatchback. I have bigger wheels so that's not an issue.

the 88 lxi are 10.3" rotors. The steering knuckle is different so they are not a direct bolt on swap.
Sadly as much as I know about brakes I dont know when they exactly changed over.

Iirc 86/87 only got the 9" brakes. The knuckles are different on the 9" and 10". I would suggest looking at kits from fastbrakes, he can probably help you make sure they fit up.
I know it's been a while but I still haven't upgraded my brakes and it's only become more of an issue. So on Fastbrakes website they sell a kit that says it's for 86-89 accords. If the knuckle changed after 87 then how would the kit fit both?
It doesn't. Find a kit for a civic with the 9.5" brakes, add a 4-5mm spacer to the caliper bracket.
This is the kit I'm using. https://www.fastbrakes.com/product_p...ivic-11-4e.htm
