Does anyone know of a good part # for a Fast Idle Valve or a way to repair/rebuild them? Maybe an alternative part that will work. I have the surging issue when the engine is warm.

I don't know a lot about the fuel injected motors, but have you tried cleaning and adjusting it? And are you sure the iacv is not the culprit?

When you unscrew the top cover on it with the two Phillips screws, can you use a big flathead screwdriver and screw down the plunger inside till it wont go down anymore. It doesn't take much force to screw it.
You can take the IACV off and spray the air intake/outlet ports out with carb cleaner real good.
Make sure your coolant is bled from any air bubbles.
