Is the 3g Accord a steel car

I was in a small accident and the car backed up over mine and the hitch left a long dent on top of the fender and it looks fairly fixable but I'm not sure what I'm doing. Ive heard that if you get it hot it might just pop back or make it easy to pull out but I am no expert and thought that only worked with fiberglass.

Yes its steel. The hot water trick only sometimes works when its a large smooth dent, if you have any creases and it wont pop out. Dent repair is an art, it takes a lot of experience to do it right otherwise it will look worse and/or youll damage the paint also.
