How can I make sure I'm notified by email every time someone replies to a thread I have posted or am subscribed to? Currently, that's not happening and I don't see an option for it in the settings.

I doubt it works if there is even an option but I will let the boss give you the final word. I dont know much about the nuts and bolts of the forums.
