Here is how i fixed the bushing
First i had to get the bushing out, so i took out the "SHIFT ROD CLEVIS BOLT" as per the manual, i took it out by connecting a few extensions and reaching to the bolt from behind the engine.
After taking it out i noticed the lower cap was missing and there was a tear in the bushing where the cap was missing, i also noticed someone had used electrical tape in an attempt to make it wiggle less.
Then i covered the whole thing with silicone, i believe using windshield sealer is better but i did not have any, i also covered where the bushing sets with silicone and then put the bushing
back in its place.
I put the bolt back and tightened it just a little bit, and then left the car in neutral (just so that the bolt is centered as much as possible) and left it to dry, and after drying i tightened the bolt to specs.
