Once warm it runs like new.

New carb obviously rebuilt, new to, new water pump, new coolant, tested by a pro and me and no vacuum leaks.

That said, it starts up perfectly and runs 30 to 60 seconds and wants to die. If I try and drive away during this time, it stalls unless I Rev to 3500 pm. It seems like it is taking longer for temp guage to come up, but once it starts registers we'll. My friend tested and said fine, I have not dug in there to test yet. I havr bled coolant and my friend ran a vacuum on it so shouldn't be air. Replace cap for good measure!

Any ideas? I was thinking idle air control, but that is new and it runs perfectly warm.
