Smile tip for better running engine

hey, yesterday (sunday) i was putting my wheels on when i thought about just blowing my engine. I took my shop vac/w blower attachment and popped the hood and just went to town. I blew everything off the top i could then put it down in around the engine to get the dust out. I even used it on the radiator and across the "grill" to force out any dust or anything bad. today i went to school and you wouldn't believe the difference. it had better pick up and it actually responded a little better. it was a nice ride today. i know i need to change the filter, but that still helped even if just a little. try it, it couldn't hurt.

Cool... Acually I did the same with a blower at 100psi and blew the dust and crap off the block and various parts in around the engine bay and I did notice a little difference in pick up and it's running sweet.... Also it's a good Idea to clean the condencer and get rid of all the dead bugs adn leaves and stuff.....

the best way to have ur car running good is to take the engine out of the car, scrape of all the shit from the tranny, power wash it with a good load of engine degreaser and good scrubbing with a wire brush and then either paint with a high temp paint or leave it like that good. It helps the tranny and the block to dissipate heat really good and run much cooler. Also what u can do is find the oil line, or tap into the oil route and put a oil cooler, u will be amazed how good ur car would run and last longer. If u have a high milage car, i would say get one of those 4cyl engine restorer stuff, that blue gooey stuff, and put it in ur engine, my engine stop smoking, had a good compression than before and brunt up no oil after that. It really helps to smoothen out the cylinder walls and lubes all the seals.

its pretty obvious to veryone that a clean engine is a good running engine, so keep it clean, it will run its best. I cant wait to change all my fluids and have my car running in top condition again. Oh yeah, i say this in every single post of mine today cause i am just friggin excited.
