I am a member on another vBulletin based site, and they have a feature called thread preview. You hold your mouse over the topic title and the first few lines of the post are displayed without clicking or loading the page. Have you ever thought about implementing it on this site? If you use a site that has thread preview you will soon find out that its a great feature and wonder how you ever lived without it.
we held off on the hacks until we upgrade the board to the latest version of VB, which comes out within month or so. but i've noticed a number of boards that use that and it is very helpful, as well as easy on bandwidth. marc will be adding alot of features to the board soon
