I have an 89 LX with a soon to be dual carb b20a. As far as stopping power. Should I do the sei brake upgrade to disks on all 4 corners or do the aem big brake kit in the front and leave the drums in the back

I have the AEM kit but waiting for my friend to finish making a whole new bracket. I didnt want a spacer so hes making me a whole new bracket. But the rotors are a lot bigger so im guessing they will be good and Oldschool said they were. I have had both Slotted and Drilled rotors and they have both warped so i gave up and upgraded to bigger brakes and the rotors look like they should work well.

I know a guy selling his SE-i rear disk setup. If you don't mind driving up to Abbotsford, it's a pretty good price (like $225 or something). He won't ship but if you want it, I'll tell him to hang onto it for you.

i would second Jims opinion. Much better bang for the buck. Also, when u do that swap dont forgoet to change the master cylinder to the Lx-i or Se-i (88-89) master cylinders. and u also need the propotioning valve. i loveeeee to see big ass rotors in the rear of a 3g. man....... i want one i want one i want one. anyone willing to donate ME some of THEIR money to buy it and put it on MY car? :lol
