Well the reason why I'm the only one that has one is because of the price. It costs $185 for the intake. If you have the weber just use the little filter it came with. I don't know why I bought it (probably for looks) but it doesn't get you anymore gains than the filter it comes with. But IMO I think it sounds a lot better with the intake on.
I looke din the FAQ but couldn't find: What's it do? lol

Well it is just like a normal intake but it comes with the adapter that fits on top of the carb. The main reason I bought it was mainly for the adapter. www.carbsunlimited.com has them.
Well what's the intake do? And could you consider the weber an intake for "newbs"? installation wise I mean I don't know much about cars and like I said in one of my earlier posts I am learning bits and pieces gradually. More fast if I am working on my car.

Im looking 4 the INTAKE MANIFOLD
If you get a kit along with the 32/36 series it usually comes with an adapter plate that fits our manifolds. I heard you still have to block some coolant lines. Unless you have done something to your manifold that would be the economical way to go.........unless you are also looking at another series other than the 32/36.
The plates and gaskets should be available if you already have the weber too.
OK YOU DIDN'T SAY MANIFOLD. No Weber does not make an intake manifold. PhydeauX is making a custom manifold. I don't believe he is done with the 32/36 model yet. I am going to get one once he finishes them.
Maybe you're looking for something like this:
To fit a pair of DCOE carbs. That's home made and don't ask me to make another one. If you search for dcoe manifold howto you should be able to turn up the write up I did on it. Its in 3 parts.
Or maybe something like this:
Thats a stock manifold I've been modifying to work with a DCNF series carb. I'm still playing with the prototype but if it turns out the way I think its going to turn out I will be selling them. I also maybe selling a similarly modified manifold to fit the DGV/DGS carbs as a higher performance alternative to the adapter kit. I haven't made a decision on that yet.

Thks for the help........i'll take a look for that write up
When you do find it all the images will be dead. You can find them here: http://phy.37industries.com:3000/acc...dcoe_manifold/
