I've heard that the 89 LX-i could be ordered with a front center armrest, and my 89 does also have the rear.

if one LX-i has a front arm set it doesn't mean the FAQ is wrong !

the LXi was available with a front center armrest. my guess is that it may have been optional on the LXi, standard on the SEi
