idle blows help

just had a clutch put in and when i got it back it idles at 2g when i push in clutch it just stays high or goes up then after a minute it will drop to like 1300 which is still high. i reset the computer, turned idle speed adjust down as low as it goes what the fuc is left man pleeze someone help. i am so tired of payin retards to work on my car

when the mechanic changed my clutch my speedometer went down ! those bustards !!
