    Question Rejetting Stock Carb

Just a question for you guys....I work at a bike shop and so I have a lot of Keihin jets just kinda layin around...Has anyone ever tried to just rejet the stock Keihin carb to get a little more juice outta the motor? If so what jets do you recommend? Just thought this might work as we do it to the bikes all the time with alot of success, and this would be a cheap fix as the jets run me only about a buck each.

I'm still working out a few modifications to the car.

    But,
I need To have a measure of what the stock mains are first...

the Air correction jets have the size stamped on them already and the primary air correction is removable.

I think the emulsion tubes are pretty much glued tight inside the carb so not much you can do there either.

If you can drill out the old mains and tap it for the new jets... Unless you have a small enough drill bits to just redrill the jets.
