    Yeah, I knew it was a leaky jet...

    hmm now now now... what shall I do.

    See I can see where Pos was coming from... I was thinking there was a need to syphon in gas into the pump diaphragm... but I thought it was all based on the spring.

    so hot = open means less fuel because you don't need as much.
    ... unless you want some performance. I hope.

    So Eric... I think I'm gonna give it a try...maybe pump water instead of gas with the carb off the car.


    OH and DAN if you have anymore cutaways of the keihin let me know.

    BTW teh Primary slow solenoid makes a click sound when ignition is turned !
    ask some one to turn the ignition on while your fingers are on it !
    you will hear and feel the click !

    Finally figured it out:

    1.The Carb was spraying fuel due to a major vacuum leak from the rear intake tube just behind the carb

    2. After fixing that and rebuilding the carb i was able to get the car to idle down 1000rpm, but was extremly rough, #3 wasn't firing properly, cap and rotor was shot.

    3. car runs like a gem now

    4. My Headache is gone
