quiet? do what i did and put a 2.5 cherry bomb glass pack on for a muffler. it's a shorty glass pack. i have almost the same system but with the converter. very nice sound. where did you get your headers? i was thinking of getting a set from them and sending them to jet hot to be coated. it must be the carb cars but i get that pop sound when i change gears i couldn't hear it with the stock exaust. sounds like a rally car. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA POP POP POP POP KNOW WHAT I MEAN

I now not to run 2.5" exhaust with my stock A20, but if you look on my mods list I have B18C. When I get a B18C and some more serious hp I will slap on some 2.5" or bigger if I need it.

The glass pack is a straight through design with no restriction but gives a better sound then no muffler. i turned that aluminum tip and tuned it to get the best sound.

Ok Saturday I gutted my cat and cut off my muffler it sounds pretty sweet. I produces a strong mellow tone and it is perfect. When I had the cat off I started it up to hear what it would sound like running just headers and it was lounder the my Dad's Camaro.

here my set up on my 87 LS. lightspeed 4-2-1 header, high flow cat, 2.25 piping all the way, and sebring exahust. you don't want to have too big piping since your engine is 2.0L, you will lose alot of back pressure, lost of power.
