are you saying that u did a efi swap? using a 87 motor into a carbed 86 car? yo seriously that 87 efi motor got no power my friend and also, its a 8.8:1 compression block and the 86 carb block has 9.1:1 compression. You just reversed the whole thing. If the carb block is fine, i would say just swap the efi crap if you guys did that.
If the 86 carb is a LX dont worry about the dash wiring, its the same exact one as the LX-i. but if its a DX like carotman's, u need to swap the whole damn dash wiring harness.
