by passing manifold coolant heater?

if i do this will it cause any problems? would i gain more power?

also do i just hook the two lines together that go into the maniold?

do i have to plug the holes on the manifold or can i leave them open since i dont think they are vaccum controlled.

cold idle problems and maybe cold weather driving problems


you need to plug 3 lines
2 on either side of the manifold and 1 to the rear carb base (this is a small hose about the size of a vacuum line).

check the weber how-to it shows you how to bypass manifold coolant as well.
