    Stupid plastic piece

Has anyone tried painting the black piece of plastic between the taillights that your license plate is mounted on? I was thinking of getting it, along with my moldings and rear view mirrors painted to match the rest of my car... you guys think it would look ok? If any of you have done this please let me know how it turned out...or send pics if you have em.

yes you should do it....I have seen some pics of cars that had that painted and it looked great, I will probably end up doing it myself actually. Gonna get a new paint job anyway.

Check this out. Is this what you are trying to do?

Here's the tail light piece you were talking about.....

........ and here is a pic of the mirrors.

This was all professionally done though when I got my car painted last year. Your results may vary.

    Hey accord,
What spoiler do you have on the back of that thing? Is it the wings west M3? I might get one when I fix the front end of my car before I get her painted.

My rear spoiler is off of an 84 or 85 BMW M3 (It's the genuine thing) and I made the front spoiler from 2 CRX lips myself.

    Thanks for the compliments.

    Mines

Here's mine. I found a metallic transparent but it's just a temp. job until I shave all of that section off and reshape the back of the car.
