2 question fuse and relay related !

to make a long story short for one of my 3geez (86 lx auto), the heater fan in the car doesnt work again so i'm asking you guys where is the damn fuse ? i looked under the hood and dash..nothing about it

and on my 89 lx 5speed the rear defroster doesnt work i checked the fuse under the hood and dash, both are just fine but the thing doesnt work and i cant hear any click when i press the button but the little light comes on (on the button)

so i was wondering where is the damn relay for this ?

Heater fan is fuse #22, underhood fuse box and rear defroster relay is on the back side of the inside fuse box, should be the relay in the middle. Might have to lower the fusebox to get to it, I'm not sure, but that's where the manual says it is.
