NEW, BETTER, CLEAR pics of my ride

same state of construction, new pics. RacerX(MotoRex) has offered me a $10000 co-op sponcership on my car so the construction will be more rapid. I would be happy to answer any questions you have. I will post a tutorial when the body is finnished showing exactly how I made the kit fit. BTW its the black widow kit w/ Skyline front meant for the 4th gen Accord.

I am going to paint the car by July- there is still alot more body work to do. The sideskirts were relatively easy; just cut, re-fiberglass and bolt on. The front is a little more complicated and I will just put up a diagram when I am all done

Yeah, when I first saw it I was like wtf is this guy doing? And it doesn't look that bad to me anymore. It will look tight when it's painted and everything.

The wheels are off a Civic I used to have- I never knew where they came from (who made them). Are they really Volvo rims?

I actually would like those rims on a stock 3g but since its all modified I would say get rid of them.

I just went through the pics again and I think you need a Weber. It will serve as show and go I just wasn't diggin the look of that air box that brings back bad memories. Weber = good memories

we were going to flare out the front of the front bumper, but now I think I'm going to get Feels style fender flares( I know they dont make them for our car)

I really dont like it, the kit is to big for the car, the wheels are to small, the gap between the fender and the tire is huge and you cant get it any smaller because the kit is basicly on the ground! Lastly, i dont think it would look very nice when the lights are up either. Just my opinion

i gotta agree with chubs on that u can really see it in the last pic, but other than that i think the body kit flows with the rest car and once u paint it its gonna look goood, have u thought about maybe shaving off the corner lights?

Likeing all the blue under ur hood, really stylish. But i agree that u need to hurry up and paint the funny colours of the kit. Great work tho.

Yeah, I think that it has been stated enough that you need to paint that damn kit! Haha. And yes, some bigger rims would benifit your car greatly.

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

Wow, that's absolutely amazing-that car does not look like it's 20 years old!

The car wont be painted till all body work is done. THere is alot more custom body work being done to the car then just the kit. Also, as I said before, the wheels are temporary, I put them on cause there better then stock
