Help please, power losses

I've had my 89 ex-i for about 2 years now and there has been very noticable power losses in the past 6 months or so. Its just doesn't have the acceleration it use to.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before or if you guys have any suggestion as were to start. The plugs, air filter and fuel filter have all been replaced in the past year. Thanks in advance for any help.

Without driving the car it's hard to say. But start with a full tune-up.
Also check the ecu for any code that you might have missed.
