You get what you pay for. A couple years ago they did a dyno run in like Import Tuner of all major brands, and the PaceSetter LOST -1.8 hp over the band. That's why I laugh at all their products (but their short shifter). I treat it like a red-headed step child.

if you can find the DC than definitly go with it, but if after researching you can't find it or can't afford it than go with the pacesetter. just follow all the tips that everybody gives for using it like repainting and stuff.

yeah...i got someone who wants to sell me the dc...but im just not sure i wanna spend that kinda money...but i read through all the posts about pacesetter, mostly stuff about faulty gaskets and exhaust leaks...i just want to be able to put them in not have to fix them constantly. I guess its either...pay alot and be sure of getting a quality product...or save money and only get a 50-50 chance of getting what you want.

Take the cheap Pacesetter heads. Sand blast off the paint and repaint it with a ceramic high temp paint ($5 a can) and double up on gaskets to help prevent leaks. That is what most people do with their Pacesetters.
