Electrical, Cold Start, Juice goes bye?

A couple times now, I've had the misfortune of a slight starting issue.

I turn the key to the ignition, the car will turn over, cough like it is about to start, and then the lights on the enviro controls go out as does the light on the clock, and the car doesn't really start. I rotate the key around, and try again, same thing might happen or it may start.
It's only happened in the cold, ideas? I read about main relay? Battery is kinda old too...

Sounds like you need a new battery. Check the voltage of the battery ..should be 12-13v and about 14.5v when running @2.5krpm. Or just go to autozone for a free checkup.
