    Unhappy RPM's stickin?

For some reason unkown to me, My RPMs seem to stick at 2k if I have the airconditioning on. I know it's not a throttle problem, that works good. I just got the A/C replaced and an upgrade kit put on it so it won't die on me. And I can unstick the Rs if I just tap the accelorator, sometimes. But it's really annoying and makes it feel like I have a cruise control in every gear. It's got me confused. I think it may be the choke or somthing but have no Idea. So if you know about this stuff please tell me.

Why the hell does it matter to you?! He used to have a 3g and was on here a looong time ago. Plus, the car he drives has no bearing as to his ability to be a member. Plenty of people on here don't drive 3gs anymore (e.g. Jim who now drives a G35 sedan). Don't get such an attitude.

Mine does this sometimes too, But it is only after i have just started driving after it has been sitting over night. So the TB just needs cleaning ya think?

im_on_speed88LX-i - is there something wrong for me being here since i don't own a 3g accord anymore? i was once part of 3geez before they even have this new forum, was u even on the old forum back then?. i am looking forward buying 3geez again, if i can find the right one.

    86AccordLxi - thank you...

skaterjunky8 - once it's clean you will notice the different. you won't gain any HP but it will run smoother and idle better.

carb cleaner is used for throttle body cleaning too in an EFI !
ALEX knows what he is talking about , he said to him check ECU , so he knows it's EFI !
