strange computer type sound? *vac box maybe?*

I don't know what it is.......I am pretty sure its normal but..........when i have my cold idle in the morning.........or a high Idle period.....and I take off *I have an AUTO* u can kinda hear a beeping kinda noise.........I asume this is the vac box controlling stuff *like the idle being to high* and the VAC controlled choke...........am I right? is that what the noise is?
