IM NEEDING INFO ON HOOKING UP CD TO 88 CORD LX CARBED USING OLD WIRES WITH NO CONNECTOR ON CAR, NEED TO KNOW WHAT WIRES ARE WHAT....PLEASE HELP

ARE YOU SURE THAT WIRE GUIDE ISNT DIFFERENT FOR CARBED 88 LX'S?

There's no difference on the radio wires.

radio wires are standard in just about every car. black is ground, red is accesory, yellow is constant, green,purple white and grey are the speakers and blue is the remote for an amp. some radios have others, but those are the important ones

The aftermarket industry has adopted the above standard, but vehicle manufacturers have their own colors. A Honda will not be the same as a Mazda or a GM the same as a Ford.

if you buy the wire harness those are the colors it will be
