    4 wire O2 sensor conversion

I was reading this article on www.ludespeed.com

    http://www.ludespeed.com/products/pr...oxy/index.html

The Prelude uses 2 O2 sensors just like our Accords do (88-89 EFI)

The guy replaced both sensors with a single 4 sire one and it seems to have worked.

    Anyone attempted this?

I'm doing the B20A swap and the JDM exhaust manifold only uses 1 O2 sensor. I planned to drill another hole to install a second sensor but it looks like this is going to save me some bucks and time.

    Any thoughts?

I was told from Autometer that I should buy their $120 O2 sensor conversion from a 1 wire to a 4 wire. He said it was more accurate. It sure sounds like it would work though.

yup 2 wires are for th pre-heater.
1 is the sensor signal, the other is the ground.

My main concern was to hook-up the 2 wires from our O2 sensors to only 1 on the 4 wire system.

Yeah sean mentioned that back when the board was hosted on EZ-Board..

I always thought I would need 2 O2 sensors, but if I can use the B20A exhaust manifold without drilling or modding anything, I would prefer to go that route. It might even be ok in the stock location.
