i ran 16.8s@89 mph according to my Gtech. and it is not only one time i ran this time.
and i consider my car stock. headers, no cat, dynomax muffler. no vacuum lines. no AC or CC.

headers added what "felt" like a lot of power to my car. although my ghetto exhaust didnt feel like it helped out. and i know my intake helped some, but it wasnt a whole heck of a lot.

and from all i have heard, hi flow cats are about as good as headers, power wise.

i would call your car non stock. but thats a decent tme. i would be happy with a 16.8 with my car.

"Stock" in my case is all original. No mods, nothing. Those times are actually good.
