what advanges does tuning the carb do? can you get more power out of it by increasing more fuel and air? what does a high rpm at idel do anyways beside warm up the car faster?

Well if your carb isn't running right then you tune it but if it's fine leave it alone. If you want more power and to go faster buy a Weber carb like most of us did. www.carbsunlimited.com
increase A/f ratio will hurt the performance and decreasing it too !
so better adjust it and you'll get full power !
