Big cams and big boost are generally a bad idea.

Well a big duration is bad but a high lift is good but be careful. A stock cam would be better for boost than a race grind

not goin race grind.. talked to colt cams, and they are goin to cut a mild cut, with a turbo grind, bringing the rpm level close to 7500, and with the motor work being doin and seans new ecm, it should work great..

but I am not sure where to get decent valve springs for inexpencive.. or can u go stock?

dunno, what are your specs for the cam? You might run into valve float well above 7k... be careful. Ive heard of these guys running .420 lift, i think 400 is stock but im not sure
