My new gauge lights (plus interior pics)

This is what I did: I changed the two original bulbs into super bright blue leds (no need to replace them ever again) which give the gauges a new look, what I think is kinda khool. Here's what my gauges looked like before:

... and here's the new look:

What do you think? I was also thinking of changing the black backround into white but I realised that I like the black one better.

    Here are other interior pics:

Here's what the front end looks like now with the license plate in a different place:

    Dash Lighting question

Yeah, which LEDS did you use. They look good and low key

Those are superbright blue LEDs (5mm)

The LEDs also need resistors so the 12V won't burn them.

It only has the normal driving lights, high beams, extra high beams, fog lights and parking lights .

I didn't even know there was a EX model for the 3g's. Also what are the 3 switches on you center console between your seats. All that I have is the power attena switch on mine and you have 3, and the layout of the console is different from mine and any other one I have seen.
I'm your local R&D nut. Fabracting, welding, tuning and breaking my stuff so you don't have to.

The bulbs can be purchased at your local Radio Shack or online at superbrightleds.com. I bought some RGB (full color) LED's from them. They ship fast and are accurate. I was working on full color reactive halo lights for my Civic before it got stolen and stripped. Anyway that's another story altogether..

BTW wiring those up should be really easy.

    Switches are:
Power antenna, front light washer and seat heater switches...!

Yeah like Venne said, those switches are for the power antenna, heated seat and headlight wipers.

That's similar to what I did, I just removed those lights and installed the Varad VS4000PU Blue Light Scanner at the top of the instrument display. It stays on all the time and scan's back and forth, I do have to take the dash apart to change the scanning pattern so i don't do that to often.

I think I do, if not I can get some tonight or tommorow, the bumper is from Erebuni, the shot's on there website just don't do it justice, take a look at my website for better pics of it (link in sig) . It's tuff to get a good shot of the lights in action unfortionately, maybe my boss will let me borrow his Digi Camcorder and I'll get an action video for you guys.
