They are year specific, but I don't think the tranny makes any difference...
it doesnt, but you are right that they are year specific, especially from 88-89 vs 86-87

damn buzz. there you go stealing my thunder. i was going to go and offer him mine. assuming of course that it's for a carbureted vehicle. i have an 89 dx sedan for parts.
one of my 88 lx's is up for parts. good engine and transmission. pretty much everything is there. the fenders and hood are bad but other than that it's pretty good.

yeah i have 89 accord 5spd. I can get one at a junk yard for 50 bucks, but i was hoping that i could get one from someone here for like 20 shipped. But you guys give me a price and well see.

20 shipped is a bit low. especially if you can get one at the junk yard for 50 bucks. i'd be willing to do 30 plus whatever shipping is.
