Turbo Question

Ok this has probably been asked before but i searched it on this website and didnt find my answer....what will i need if i wanted to do a complete turbo setup on my 86 lxi...i mean everything....and will i need to change pistons if im runnin low boost...like 6lbs.....
pls need help..and what kind of turbo will work...like this guy on 3geez is sellin those Saab9000 turbos...will they work?

for 6lbs, stock pistons should be okie. But for how long, dunno
