Alpine!!!!!! look online for a great deal. I'm not really sure on an amp. I'm more in tune with prices with Mono blocks.

are you trying to build big boom system or something that has nice sound?
if you gonna add sub in the future you may want to look into something like this http://www.ikesound.com/Prod_Details.asp?Prod_Id=870 this was my first choice before i got obsessed with Alpine.
go with Alpine deck with front, rear and sub outputs.
get your self nice front and rear speakers and single (if you don't like a lot of boom)/or 2 subs. nice multi channel amp and you set to go.
it should be nice entry level system.

use that site to find what you want, then go to ubid.com or ebay and find the model of what you want, for amps, oldschool rockfords are real strong i have 2 totally 1000 watts

they are tough to find but if you can find em theyre killer. I dont think the new rockford stuff is nearly as good. I guess for amps it depends on what you want to spend and how much power you need.
