Yep, that's what it is.
I'm cleaning house, and these are up for grabs. They're the stock Honda 3G steelies with tires. All season tires are almost new, and wheels are all straight. You want 'em you got 'em. Make and offer and come pick 'em up, or I'll meet you somewhere with 'em.

one of my 88 lx's is up for parts. good engine and transmission. pretty much everything is there. the fenders and hood are bad but other than that it's pretty good.
RIP my beutiful 5g coupe. May the villans rot in hell!
