Why do you believe you don't have VTEC? Let me guess it doesn't have VTEC on the valve cover so you don't think you have VTEC right? Well not all VTEC motors came with VTEC on the valve cover. The D16Z6 is a SOHC 16 valve VTEC 125hp @ 6,600rpm & 106ft/lbs. @ 5,200rpm Redline 7,200rpm 9.2:1 compression It came in the 92-95 Civic Si/Ex and 93-95 Del Sol Si

ok, if you have a d16z6 then you do have vtec, no ifs ands or buts about it. 92-93 ex/ si civics use a all black valve cover with just the h emblem on it. the "vtec" valve cover didnt show up until 94 and was used in 95 as well, it was also a polished cover, not black.
look at the valve cover, if the plug wires are on the front of it then its a d16z6 vtec...if they are toward the back then its lx/dx valve cover...simple

No I don't think you are a dumbass. However, please answer my question and explain why you say that your D16Z6 is not VTEC. then maybe you could get some help instead of all crap

Well you were only saying NO VTEC you didn't say " there is no silenoid(sp) on the head " That makes more sense. Your being very vague more info will be necessary to help you.

1st. The D16Z6 is a VTEC motor unless the VTEC silenoid does not work or is not there. If the later then there would be a hole and oil everywhere. Unless your trying to tell us that you have a non-VTEC head on the D16Z6 block. Which would have been helpfull in the begining. If this is the case then find out which head is on the block and I'm sure you can find a cam for it easy.

2nd. Are you sure you have a D16Z6 and not the D16A6?

hey new too the 3geez site and i'm having a hard time trying to find a cam for a d16z6 non vtec and or stats for it thanks
Well you are not going to find a D16Z6 non-VTEC cam. Because there is not one and you will not be able to find stats for this because it does not exist. Honda did not make a non-VTEC D16Z6.

Now as far as cams go you could get a regrind on the cam you already have or find out what head is on your motor.

here is the Vtec forum http://www.vtecforums.com/forums/ scroll down till you see D16z6 look what fine print is "SOHC 1.6 VTEC: 92-95 Civic EX/Si (125hp)"
what is the engine code? It doesn't have to be written Vtec to be a Vtec.
what car do you have? year, model and submodel (SI, SIR, Type-R)
    Alex.
