The only people that have actually taken pictures of the hood on are tightwhitelx (something like that) and rabbit66. Try searching for those threads.
My hood is still waiting there to be installed. I'll hopefully have it on and painted in a month or so.
Painted? Why would you paint a CF hood? Even for a sleeper I wouldn't paint it. Too expensive to hide it.
I personally think they're ugly and would only leave the part that is raised up in the middle unpainted and paint the rest the same color as the car.
CF screams either one of two things:
Hardcore, or Rice.

i like the cf personally i saw a thread not to lost ago that someone had taken pictures of one on a white car and i thought it looked pretty good.

i personally think that cf hoods look better on dark cars, because the contrast in color is not so great with the flip ups, i will be looking to get one eventually, i like the cf look.

What have you been doing? I took mine out of that big a$$ box as soon as it came in. Had to look for flaws you know.
I got some smoothing of the underside to do and then hopefully I'll put it on.

LOL yea I definitely went over mine when I got it, but I put that thing back in the box sooooo fast after that. I am dying to put mine on...HELL I am dying to get an engine in my car!

I'm not saying I don't want one, I'm just saying it's not necessary for my application's. If I had one it would be purely just to say I have one, not at all really for weight reduction.
IMO (which doesnt matter) -It does not look good on the our accords.
i think in my opinion it looks good but its also a perfomance mod. no way its rice and if u paint the car black it would look really good. Did anybody with a hatchback buy one from SITE on the group buy
