    a question about a swap.

Ok if any of you have been watching my posts, my friend has the 89 lx with a blown head gasket. He wants to fix the car and is willing to spend 1.3k on all the PARTS that he needs to get it fixed. My question is, he's hard on cars, and if i can keep up on his maitenence (dont haggle me about this there is a reason why i say that) then his engine should last. I told him that it's possible to put a prelude engine in our car and he's all gung ho about it. i was refering to the b20a8 (or a7 i can't remember). But For his since he's so hard on the car which would be better a b20, 18, or 16? I know all of them are fast engines. and i know the 16 looks like the 2.0 so i could get away with it if he wonders since i'll just pop the hood of a 3g lude and they look about the same. but which one would be able to put up with his bad driving. I would like to just shove a lawn mower engine in it so he can't gun it all the time but hey. and another question if the b20 is the way to go then were should i get one, i've heard a couple of places saying they have them with engine and tranny both for like 1000. THen i'd have to get a lxi tank with the pump in it right? I know i have a couple of questions. I'll look in the section about switching from carb to efi. It's to my understanding that i just get the a20a3 with a lxi tank and some of the hoses and boom i'm done, but i'll look that up. Which would you guys suggest?

I'm pretty sure the Prelude B20 dosen't fit in our Accords. The JDM B20 can be swaped. Ig he is really hard on his car then I don't know why he would go through the trouble of swaping in another engine, just stick with the A20. But if he really wants to do a swap the B20 would be the cheapest and the B16 cost a little more.
