    Question about harnesses...

I picked up two sparco 3 point bolt in harnesses yesturday. My question is are they difficult to install??? I have a few freinds who have done them, but I have never, I know a shop that will do it, but if I can do it or have someone do it then I can save some money... so if anyone has done them on there accord or has any advise please let me know...

harnesses dont attach to the seats. The seats just have the guides built into the seats to hold them up. You have to bolt the harnesses somewhere in the back, usually where the back seat would be. That gives them enough leverage without having too much angle on you in case you get in a wreck like it would if you bolted them to the floor directly behind the seat.
