Pics and how to post them

Can someone show and type how to post pics on here? also can someone show me how I can have my pic of my car shown everytime I post something?

if you want a picture to be showen everytime you post you would go into you user cp and edit you signature...

to post a picture you do this..... [.img.] http://www.Where-ever-posted.com [./img.] (with out the periods)
