My left side turn signal blinks faster than the other one, I checked all of the bulbs and none of them are blown. I know it is a diganostic thing that Honda does when they do that but I can't figure it out

Replace the flasher. You can get one from the local auto parts place real cheap.

Bad signal relay

Well I had the same thing happen to me 2 years ago and it turned out to be a bulb. The bulb occassionally worked and then I had someone tell me that it was out and I was like that's it then.
