take it. who cares what the milege is. rebuild the engine if you have to, but take it.
I would take with out asking. $350 is dirt cheap. i wish i could find car like that.

well i'm converting my dx to a fuel infected, and converting the rear suspention and keeping the bose system other than that i'll sell it or junk it

I only paid $150 for my 89 accord and all I had to do was replace the head gasket and one cooling fan.
