    water pump bolt fucked

    Please help me i can't remove the bolt g on the pictures the head of the bolt is totally finisha20a1 post

    if it's not totally fukd,...try a single hex socket

    I will try tomorow to cut the bolt with a saw the head is finish
    Other idea guys??

    already tried vice grip
    i don't know what i m gone a do,
    maybe try to cut the bolt with some small saw or cutter?

    you may have to raise the engine slightly on the drivers side to get a clear shot at the bolt.


    I'm not too sure on the best way to go about doing that.

    There's not too much room there I know, but maybe file/grind a new 'flat' or 2 on the head? Spray penatrating fluid, should be doing that freqently. Maybe then you can get a grip on it with vice grips. Or saw/grind the head off, don't have to worry about the old pump, heh, then you'll have to get the cut bolt out. I dunno, just wanted to suggest the new flat thing.
